Desde el comienzo del proceso, incluyendo la localizaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n, la financiaci\u00f3n se concret\u00f3 en menos de 48 horas desde su lanzamiento. A partir de entonces, se han concretado con \u00e9xito tres proyectos adicionales y se planea ejecutar un pipeline de m\u00e1s de 10 MW entre 2023 y 2024. La construcci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones fotovoltaicas estar\u00e1n a cargo de Cox Energy.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>El proyecto piloto fue una iniciativa de autoconsumo industrial destinada a una empresa hortofrut\u00edcola en Alicante, cuya principal actividad es la producci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de frutas y verduras. Cualquier persona tendr\u00e1 la oportunidad de invertir a partir de 100 euros y obtener tokens respaldados por un acuerdo de venta de energ\u00eda a largo plazo (PPA) con una duraci\u00f3n de 15 a\u00f1os.<\/i><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>En Madrid, en noviembre de 2023<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Cox Energy, una empresa de energ\u00eda solar fotovoltaica con presencia en Latinoam\u00e9rica y Espa\u00f1a, ha suscrito un acuerdo de colaboraci\u00f3n con <\/span><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/crowmie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crowmie<\/span><\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para financiar un pipeline de instalaciones de autoconsumo industrial utilizando la tecnolog\u00eda blockchain. El objetivo es hacer que la inversi\u00f3n en esta categor\u00eda de activos sea completamente accesible, respaldada por contratos PPA, EPC y O&amp;M que fortalecen las operaciones, permitiendo que los inversores obtengan rendimientos econ\u00f3micos de la planta a lo largo de los 15 a\u00f1os de duraci\u00f3n del proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El proyecto piloto se llev\u00f3 a cabo en la empresa hortofrut\u00edcola Dya, con sede en Alicante, que se dedica principalmente a la producci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n y exportaci\u00f3n de frutas y verduras. La instalaci\u00f3n ten\u00eda una capacidad de 63,25 kWp, suficiente para cubrir el 70% de las necesidades energ\u00e9ticas de la empresa, al mismo tiempo que le permitir\u00eda ahorrar significativamente en su factura el\u00e9ctrica. El proyecto estaba respaldado por un PPA que garantizaba la inversi\u00f3n desde el primer d\u00eda para aquellos interesados en participar en la financiaci\u00f3n, con un per\u00edodo m\u00e1ximo de inversi\u00f3n de 15 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los inversores podr\u00e1n comprar tokens de la instalaci\u00f3n a partir de 100 euros, con una rentabilidad estimada que oscilar\u00e1 entre el 8% y el 12% TIR anual. Los inversores recibir\u00e1n los beneficios econ\u00f3micos generados por la planta de autoconsumo mientras mantengan su capital invertido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde el comienzo, se ha financiado el proyecto Bocanegra y Redes Salinas a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma. El siguiente proyecto, Alvarez Camacho, se convertir\u00e1 en el proyecto de autoconsumo m\u00e1s grande financiado a trav\u00e9s de la inversi\u00f3n social, seg\u00fan lo propuesto por Crowmie.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cox Energy, a trav\u00e9s de su empresa Cox Energ\u00eda Comercializadora Espa\u00f1a, se encargar\u00e1 de la construcci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento de la planta durante todo el per\u00edodo del PPA firmado.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Crowmie es la primera plataforma de inversi\u00f3n en proyectos de energ\u00edas renovables tokenizados que permite a particulares, empresas y entidades invertir a partir de tan solo 100 euros. Los inversores recibir\u00e1n tokens (participaciones en un proyecto) que pueden vender en un mercado interno a otros inversores en cualquier momento, lo que les permite liquidar su inversi\u00f3n. Un token representa el contrato de pr\u00e9stamo participativo entre el inversor y Crowmie y est\u00e1 respaldado por la instalaci\u00f3n fotovoltaica desarrollada por Cox Energy y la plataforma Crowmie basada en blockchain. Los tokens funcionan como una moneda interna para comprar derechos econ\u00f3micos de un activo, facilitando as\u00ed la inversi\u00f3n en los proyectos. Los flujos de efectivo generados por las cuotas del PPA, que ser\u00e1n facturados por Crowmie, se utilizar\u00e1n para distribuir los beneficios entre los inversores del proyecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>En cuanto a Cox Energy y Crowmie:<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cox Energy es una de las pocas empresas de energ\u00eda solar que abarca toda la cadena de valor: Desde el desarrollo de los proyectos, la financiaci\u00f3n, la compra de materiales, la operaci\u00f3n y el mantenimiento, hasta la gesti\u00f3n de activos y el suministro de energ\u00eda.
