Adem\u00e1s, permite prolongar la independencia y lograr cosas sin la ayuda de terceros.<\/p>\n<p>En un contexto de esas caracter\u00edsticas, es fundamental que los familiares incentiven a los adultos mayores a hacer ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>No es cuesti\u00f3n de hacer grandes planes, ni actividades complicadas. Para las personas que tienen ciertas dificultades, cumplir con las tareas de todos los d\u00edas es un buen comienzo. Cocinar, vestirse, lavar, poner la mesa y regar las plantas son tareas que entrenan el movimiento.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto, algunas requerir\u00e1n de cierta paciencia. Pero aunque les lleve su tiempo, es importante que las generaciones j\u00f3venes no releven a los mayores. En todo caso, es mejor apoyarlos mientras las hacen o hacerlas junto con ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n es importante dar paseos. Aunque sea un trecho corto, no deber\u00eda faltar un paseo diario en la rutina.<\/p>\n<p>Otro punto eventualmente \u00fatil son los entrenamientos de fuerza y coordinaci\u00f3n, siempre y cuando sean consensuados con el m\u00e9dico de cabecera. Es recomendable adem\u00e1s tratarlo con alg\u00fan fisio- o ergoterapeuta.<\/p>\n<p>Lo importante de cualquier entrenamiento es no ejercer ninguna presi\u00f3n u obligaci\u00f3n. La presi\u00f3n es tan contraproducente como el esfuerzo desmedido. Todo el mundo tiene derecho a decir que no a una propuesta.<\/p>\n<p>El Centro alem\u00e1n de Calidad del Cuidado ZQP sostiene que muchas personas mayores no se mueven lo suficiente y que esta tendencia se ha visto incrementada durante la pandemia.<\/p>\n<p>Son muchos los motivos que llevan a esta situaci\u00f3n: la falta de fuerza muscular, la movilidad limitada, los problemas de equilibrio, los problemas de visi\u00f3n, los dolores o la par\u00e1lisis pueden estar entre las causas.<\/p>\n<p>La falta de motivaci\u00f3n o de apoyo, adem\u00e1s del miedo a las ca\u00eddas, tambi\u00e9n pueden ser factores disuasivos para estar activo.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(dpa) &#8211; La actividad conserva la salud, mantiene sano.
