Es riqu\u00edsima.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para el tofu: 400 gr. de tofu, 3 cucharadas de salsa de soja, 2 cucharadas de miel de jarabe, pimienta negra, 100 gr. de harina de trigo o de espelta; 125 gr. de semillas de s\u00e9samo, 150 ml de aceite vegetal<\/p>\n<p>Para la ensalda: 250 gr. de jud\u00edas verdes, sal, 1 lata de frijoles blancos, 2 ramas de apio, 1 cebolla morada grande, 2-3 aj\u00edes peque\u00f1os, 2-3 dientes de ajo, 1\/2 ramillete de menta, la c\u00e1scara rallada y el zumo de 1 lim\u00f3n org\u00e1nico, 1 cucharada de miel de jarabe, sal de mar, pimienta negra, 6 cucharadas de aceite de oliva extra virgen, 100 gr. de aceitunas con carozo<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Cortar el tofu en dados de unos dos cent\u00edmetros y colocarlos en un bol. Mezclar la salsa de soja, la miel de jarabe y algo de pimienta y rociarlo sobre el tofu. Dejar que se absorba durante unos 30 minutos, dando vuelta los trocitos de tofu de vez en cuando.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lavar las jud\u00edas verdes. Llevar una cacerola de agua a hervor, a\u00f1adir sal y hervir las jud\u00edas unos ocho minutos. Colarlas, colocarlas brevemente bajo agua fr\u00eda corriente y dejarlas secar. Hacer lo mismo con los frijoles blancos. Lavar el apio y cortarlo en rodajas finas. Pelar la cebolla, cortarla por la mitad y cortarla en ruedas finitas.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lavar los aj\u00edes para la salsa de la ensalada, retirar las semillas y picarlos. Lavar la menta y retirar los tronquitos. Mezclar el zumo del lim\u00f3n, la c\u00e1scara rallada, la miel de jarabe, 1\/2 cucharadita de sal de mar, pimienta, aj\u00edes, menta y aceite de oliva y luego a\u00f1adirle esa mezcla a las jud\u00edas, las cebollas, el apio y las aceitunas. Dejar todo cubierto durante unos 20 minutos.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mezclar la harina con 125 ml de agua hasta formar una masa espesa. Colocar las semillas de s\u00e9samo en un plato y pasar primero el tofu por la masa de harina y luego por las semillas. Colocar los daditos en una sart\u00e9n con aceite ya caliente.
