Esta receta est\u00e1 repleta de aromas, desde el perfume frutal de la naranja, la frescura de la menta, la sal del queso de cabra hasta el crocante de las nueces y del repollo. Y, como si fuese poco, tiene muy pocas calor\u00edas. Mira la receta:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredientes para 2 personas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1 repollo colorado peque\u00f1o; 2 naranjas org\u00e1nicas; 100 gr. de nueces cashew; 200 gr. de queso feta; aceite de oliva.<\/p>\n<p>Para la vinagreta: 1 aj\u00ed picante peque\u00f1o; unas 10 hojitas de menta fresca; el zumo de media naranja; 2 cucharadas de sirope de arce; 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, sal, pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>1. Precalentar el horno a 170 grados. Cortar el repollo en rebanadas de unos 2 cm de espesor y pasarles aceite de oliva con un pincel. Colocarlas sobre un molde en papel manteca y condimentarlas con sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>2. Lavar las naranjas y exprimir una mitad. Cortar el resto en tiras y esparcirlas en el molde. Colocar todo al horno y dejarlo unos 15 minutos. Finalmente, repartir encima el queso y las nueces.<\/p>\n<p>3. Colocar todo nuevamente entre 10 y 15 minutos en el horno, hasta que las nueces est\u00e9n levemente doradas y el repollo cocido.<\/p>\n<p>4. Picar el aj\u00ed y la menta para la vinagreta. A\u00f1adirle el aceite de oliva, el sirope y el zumo de naranja. Condimentar con sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>5.
