un espacio donde poder interactuar con los profesionales del sector de la pasteler\u00eda, panader\u00eda, cocteler\u00eda y helader\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Como ediciones anteriores el F\u00f3rum albergar\u00e1 una zona networking y de exposici\u00f3n comercial y paralelamente tendr\u00e1n lugar las jornadas t\u00e9cnicas y los talleres para ni\u00f1os ChocoAula.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F\u00f3rum CHOCOARTE<\/strong>\u00a02018 contar\u00e1 en las jornadas t\u00e9cnicas con un formato m\u00e1s ampliado en contenidos y la participaci\u00f3n de nuevos profesionales expertos en pasteler\u00eda, panader\u00eda y helader\u00eda que realizar\u00e1n show cooking y master class.<\/p>\n<p>La finalidad de estas jornadas t\u00e9cnicas es dar a conocer al p\u00fablico asistente las nuevas t\u00e9cnicas, productos y elaboraciones de cocina dulce que los profesionales est\u00e1n desarrollando actualmente.<\/p>\n<p>El chocolate contar\u00e1 en el\u00a0<strong>F\u00f3rum CHOCOARTE<\/strong>\u00a0con un espacio monogr\u00e1fico, con la realizaci\u00f3n de actividades y talleres encaminadas a conocer el arte del chocolate y su degustaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La cocteler\u00eda compartir\u00e1 protagonismo con la pasteler\u00eda en este espacio gastron\u00f3mico, la fusi\u00f3n de la pasteler\u00eda y la cocteler\u00eda aportar\u00e1 que los profesionales desarrollen sus habilidades sensoriales y creativas para la realizaci\u00f3n de postres y cocteles que estimulen los sentidos del p\u00fablico asistente a este F\u00f3rum.<\/p>\n<p>Aceites, siropes, frutas, caf\u00e9s, helados, turrones, polvorones, mazapanes, caramelos&#8230;
