Esta es la receta favorita de Christin Geweke, autora del libro \u00abI love Berries\u00bb, para un rico bud\u00edn de verano:<\/p>\n<p>Ingredientes para una budinera (25 cm):<\/p>\n<p>240 gramos de harina, dos cucharadas de polvo de hornear, 1 pizca de az\u00facar, 120 gramos de mantequilla a temperatura ambiente, 200 gramos de az\u00facar, ralladura y jugo de un lim\u00f3n, 1 chaucha de vainilla, 3 huevos, 100 gramos de nata fresca, 40 gramos de almendras molidas, 150 gramos de grosellas, 80 gramos de az\u00facar rubia, mantequilla y harina para el molde.<\/p>\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p>1. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Enmantecar y enharinar la forma.<\/p>\n<p>2. Tamizar la harina, el polvo de hornear y la sal y colocar en un bol. Mezclar en otro bol la mantequilla y el az\u00facar hasta formar una crema, a\u00f1adir la c\u00e1scara de lim\u00f3n y la vainilla. A\u00f1adir los huevos de a uno. Ir a\u00f1adiendo la mezcla de harina de a cucharadas y agregar la nata. A\u00f1adir las almendras.<\/p>\n<p>3. Lavar cuidadosamente las grosellas, secar. Echar un tercio de la masa en el molde y colocar encima la mitad de las grosellas. Volver a colocar una capa de masa, otra de grosellas y cubrir con el resto de la masa. Alisar.<\/p>\n<p>4. Hornear la tarta 40 minutos, tapar con papel para hornear y cocinar 15-20 minutos m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>5. Sacar la tarta del horno y dejar enfriar cinco minutos. Mezclar el az\u00facar rubia con el jugo de lim\u00f3n y verter con una cuchara sobre la tarta caliente.
