Durante los tres d\u00edas de duraci\u00f3n de la feria de la gastronom\u00eda Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, el pa\u00eds latinoamericano ha mostrado una cocina y una enolog\u00eda muy renovada. Pescados de r\u00edo como el pacu y vinos como el torront\u00e9s, el de la Patagonia o el cabernet sauvignon, han sido las grandes sorpresas presentadas en la feria internacional celebrada en la capital.<\/p>\n<p>La cocina y los vinos argentinos est\u00e1n viviendo tiempos de cambio, como as\u00ed lo demostraron tanto el chef Javier Brichetto como el en\u00f3logo, F\u00e9lix Lanz, durante las catas, degustaciones y maridajes que cada hora se han exhibido en el stand del pa\u00eds en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n. \u00abHemos mostrado que la comida argentina no es solo empanadillas y el bife, la pesca de r\u00edo ha sido una de la grandes sorpresas en esta feria, donde tambi\u00e9n se ha podido degustar los langostinos y las centollas del sur\u00bb ha comentado Mercedes Blasi, coordinadora de Vinos y Gastronom\u00eda del<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>\u00a0<a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.turismo.gov.ar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Ministro de Turismo de Argentina<\/a>.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Madrid Fusi\u00f3n ha conocido la diversidad de productos de Argentina y la oferta que se basa en tres grandes pilares: la pesca, las brasas y la cocina criolla ha afirmado la responsable gastron\u00f3mica argentina. El pa\u00eds latinoamericano manda as\u00ed un mensaje al mundo de bienvenida a su pa\u00eds, presentando toda la variedad que se puede encontrar visit\u00e1ndola.<\/p>\n<p>Si la gastronom\u00eda argentina ha sido protagonista en Madrid Fusi\u00f3n, cabe destacar la importancia que est\u00e1 adquiriendo la calidad vin\u00edcola del pa\u00eds.
