Este premio ha sido concedido con anterioridad a chefs espa\u00f1oles de la talla de Mart\u00edn Berasategui, Sergi Arola, Elena Arzak, Quique Dacosta, Paco Roncero, Dani Garc\u00eda, \u00d3scar Velasco, Mario Sandoval, Rodrigo de la Calle, Ram\u00f3n Freixa, Josean Alija, \u00c1ngel Le\u00f3n, Jordi Cruz, David Mu\u00f1oz o Francis Paniego.<\/p>\n<p>Mariano Rodr\u00edguez (Restaurante Arzak) ha sido reconocido con el Prix au Sommelier, que en 2015 recibi\u00f3 Juan Ruiz Henestrosa, de Aponiente, mientras que Jordi Roca ha sido galardonado con el Prix au P\u00e2tissier, una nueva categor\u00eda que se estrena con el maestro pastelero del Celler de Can Roca (Girona).<\/p>\n<p>El libro &#8216;Masas Madrid&#8217;, dirigido por Javier Antoja y editado por Montagud, ha recibido el Prix de la Litt\u00e9rature Gastronomique, el premio a la Literatura Gastron\u00f3mica, un reconocimiento al trabajo de la editorial barcelonesa.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, el catedr\u00e1tico de Nutrici\u00f3n y Gen\u00e9tica, Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ordov\u00e1s, uno de los cient\u00edficos y nutricionistas m\u00e1s destacados a nivel mundial, ha obtenido el Gran Prix de la Science de l&#8217;Alimentation, galard\u00f3n de la Ciencia de la Alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Academia Internacional de Gastronom\u00eda (AIG) reunida en asamblea general en Par\u00eds ha dado a conocer este jueves sus premios anuales entre cuyos galardonados figuran seis cocineros espa\u00f1oles: Marcos Mor\u00e1n, Mariano Rodr\u00edguez, Jordi Roca y Javier Antoja.
