De confirmarse la fusi\u00f3n, Hyatt tomar\u00e1 el control de la nueva compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Hyatt Hotels Corporation, con sede en Chicago, cuenta con 618 hoteles en 51 pa\u00edses de todo el mundo, mientras que Starwood Hotels posee 1.200 hoteles en 100 pa\u00edses diferentes bajo las marcas Sheraton, Westin, W Hotels, St.Regis o Le Meridien, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>En cuantos a los beneficios, Hyatt registr\u00f3 un beneficio neto de 62 millones de d\u00f3lares (56,5 millones de euros) en el primer semestre, lo que supone un 52,6% m\u00e1s que en el mismo periodo de 2014.
