Los doce alumnos tendr\u00e1n una intensa formaci\u00f3n en gastronom\u00eda espa\u00f1ola, que se desarrollar\u00e1 en la EIC y en restaurantes vallisoletanos.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, los estudiantes se trasladar\u00e1n a diferentes puntos de Espa\u00f1a para realizar pr\u00e1cticas durante tres meses en restaurantes de primer nivel. Las cocinas en las que los que los j\u00f3venes chefs realizar\u00e1n su formaci\u00f3n pr\u00e1ctica son: Akelarre (Guip\u00fazcoa); Aponiente (C\u00e1diz); Arriba Platea (Madrid); Atrio (C\u00e1ceres); Casa Gerardo (Asturias); Celler de Can Roca (Girona); entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>CONCURSO INTERNACIONAL DE TAPAS<\/p>\n<p>El programa formativo concluir\u00e1 con un periplo gastron\u00f3mico por Espa\u00f1a que incluir\u00e1 visitas a productores del sector agroalimentario, mercados, restaurantes, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente los estudiantes tendr\u00e1n la oportunidad de poner en pr\u00e1ctica todo lo aprendido compitiendo por el mejor concepto de tapa en el VII Concurso Internacional de Tapas que se celebrar\u00e1 en Valladolid el 9 de noviembre y que dar\u00e1 fin al programa.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La VIII edici\u00f3n del &#8216;Programa de Formaci\u00f3n en Gastronom\u00eda Espa\u00f1ola&#8217; de ICEX Espa\u00f1a Exportaci\u00f3n e Inversiones ha arrancado este lunes en Valladolid, seg\u00fan ha informado la Escuela Internacional de Cocina de Valladolid.
