Solla), Luis Veira (\u00c1rbore da Veira), Iv\u00e1n Dom\u00ednguez (Alborada), Javier Olleros (Culler de Pau), Dani Guzm\u00e1n y Julio Sotomayor (Nova), Yayo Daporta (Yayo Daporta Restaurante) o Diego L\u00f3pez (La Molinera).<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n destaca la presencia de Francis Paniego (El Portal de Echaurren), Marcos Mor\u00e1n (Casa Gerardo), Diego Guerrero (DSTAgE), Paco Morales (NOOR), Diego Fern\u00e1ndez (Regueiro), Aitor Arregui (Elkano), Roberto Ruiz (Front\u00f3n de Tolosa) o Abel \u00c1lvarez (G\u00fceyu Mar), del chef del mar franc\u00e9s, Alexandre Coullion (La Marine) o el (Caldeni); y para el postre y del vino no faltar\u00e1n a la cita Jordi Roca (El Celler de Can Roca) y Luc\u00eda Freitas (A Tafona), as\u00ed como Xoan Cannas, Cristina Alcal\u00e1, Luis Paad\u00edn, y To\u00f1o P\u00e9rez y Jos\u00e9 Polo (Atrio).<\/p>\n<p>En este marco se organizar\u00e1 adem\u00e1s la quinta edici\u00f3n del Concurso de Pulpeiras\/os para buscar a los mejores profesionales
