Herr\u00e1iz, chef conquense del restaurante parisino El Fog\u00f3n, tratar\u00e1 de dar respuesta a la interrogante en un taller el pr\u00f3ximo 13 de octubre.<\/p>\n<p>El reto tiene su enjundia: esa obra maestra del artista sevillano tan solo muestra una copa de agua y dos alcarrazas supuestamente llenas del mismo l\u00edquido.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abCon Vel\u00e1zquez eleg\u00ed el vaso de agua por el desaf\u00edo de que no tiene color. Por eso, en el men\u00fa trabajaremos la transparencia, los tonos opacos e incoloros\u00bb, explic\u00f3 hoy Herr\u00e1iz en la presentaci\u00f3n de las actividades del Cervantes parisino para la pr\u00f3xima temporada.<\/p>\n<p>Tras Vel\u00e1zquez, pasar\u00e1n por los pucheros de Herr\u00e1iz -reconocido diletante- los cardos y zanahorias pintados por el maestro del bodeg\u00f3n Juan S\u00e1nchez Cot\u00e1n o la calabaza y el pulpo del contempor\u00e1neo Miquel Barcel\u00f3, quien participar\u00e1 en su propio taller.<\/p>\n<p>Para el cocinero, Barcel\u00f3 \u00abconfita sus cuadros, los deja &#8216;mi-confit&#8217;, como dicen en Francia\u00bb. Su caso ser\u00e1 el \u00fanico en el que el men\u00fa sea absolutamente fiel al representado en la pintura.<\/p>\n<p>El director del Cervantes parisino, Juan Manuel Bonet, quien impartir\u00e1 los talleres junto a Herr\u00e1iz, los calific\u00f3 de \u00abaventura gastron\u00f3mica\u00bb y anunci\u00f3 que tambi\u00e9n se dar\u00e1 r\u00e9plica culinaria a obras de artistas franceses, como el bodegonista del siglo XVIII Jean-Baptiste-Sim\u00e9on Chardin.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de este reto art\u00edstico-gastron\u00f3mico, el Cervantes expondr\u00e1 en oto\u00f1o la obra de la fot\u00f3grafa Isabel Mu\u00f1oz, popular en Francia, y abrir\u00e1 una nueva Ruta Cervantes, en este caso con el autor colombiano recientemente fallecido Gabriel Garc\u00eda M\u00e1rquez.<\/p>\n<p>Las Rutas Cervantes son paseos virtuales por Par\u00eds de la mano de autores espa\u00f1oles y latinoamericanos que dejaron de una forma u otra su impronta en la Ciudad de la Luz.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Cervantes, que cuenta con el patrocinio de CIC-Iberbanco, traer\u00e1 a Par\u00eds a autores como el gallego Manuel Rivas o al grupo de rock espa\u00f1ol Vetusta Morla, que act\u00faa ma\u00f1ana por
