espa\u00f1ol que consigue este prestigioso galard\u00f3n, tras el premio Nobel de la Literatura, Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela, la C\u00e1tedra Ferr\u00e1n Adri\u00e1 de Cultura Gastron\u00f3mica y Ciencias de la Alimentaci\u00f3n de la Universidad Camilo Jos\u00e9 Cela, el congreso internacional Madrid Fusi\u00f3n y el presidente de la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda, Rafael Anson.<\/p>\n<p>El empresario espa\u00f1ol, que preside la Bodega Pagos del Marqu\u00e9s de Gri\u00f1\u00f3n, donde producen vinos y aceites de oliva extrav\u00edrgenes de pagos, es el autor de los libros \u00abEntender de Vino\u00bb y \u00abOleum\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Falc\u00f3, se\u00f1al\u00f3 durante su agradecimiento que hablar del vino y del aceite es hablar de la \u00abhistoria de una civilizaci\u00f3n\u00bb y destac\u00f3 que el historiador Tuc\u00eddides que consideraba que los pueblos del Mediterr\u00e1neo empezaron a emerger del barbarismo cuando aprendieron a cultivar olivos y vides.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abEspa\u00f1a es el n\u00famero uno en aceite de oliva\u00bb, dijo el tambi\u00e9n presidente de la asociaci\u00f3n de empresas de lujo C\u00edrculo Fortuny, quien puso en valor que este pa\u00eds elabora el cincuenta por ciento de la producci\u00f3n mundial.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Real Academia de Gastronom\u00eda, Rafael Anson, y defensor de la candidatura de Falc\u00f3 durante el proceso de selecci\u00f3n, asegur\u00f3 que aunque \u00ablos chefs son m\u00e1s medi\u00e1ticos\u00bb, la gastronom\u00eda debe tambi\u00e9n mucho a los productores de calidad.<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que Falc\u00f3 \u00abaport\u00f3 nuevas t\u00e9cnicas a Espa\u00f1a\u00bb tras sus estudios de ingenier\u00eda agr\u00f3noma en la Universidad Cat\u00f3lica de Lovaina y la Universidad de California.<\/p>\n<p>El presidente de la Academia Internacional de la Gastronom\u00eda, Jacques Mallard, calific\u00f3 de \u00abreferencia mundial\u00bb el
