Esto es lo que se necesita:<\/p>\n<p>Se hierve abundante verdura y se la hace pur\u00e9. Las que mejor funcionan son zanahorias, papas y batatas (boniatos), pero tambi\u00e9n puede utilizarse casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa, frijoles blancos o garbanzos. <strong>Las casta\u00f1as de caj\u00fa y las legumbres deber\u00edan dejarse algunas horas en remojo previamente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Luego, cortar finamente ajo y cebollas y rehogarlos por separado. A\u00f1adir la salsa de verduras hecha pur\u00e9 y agregar a la mezcla mostaza, nuez moscada, sal y pimienta. Para darle m\u00e1s sabor, se puede usar una pasta de miso clara o un toque de salsa de soja. Un poco de chile hace la salsa algo m\u00e1s picante.<\/p>\n<p>Para imitar la consistencia de una salsa de queso, los expertos recomiendan usar almid\u00f3n de tapioca. <strong>La levadura en copos le da una nota similar al queso y algo de c\u00farcuma le da un color amarillento.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se coloca esta salsa en la cazuela de fondue yse pueden servir dados de pan o baguette para untar en ella, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n verduras en vinagre, pickles o pepinillos como acompa\u00f1amiento. <strong>Tambi\u00e9n br\u00f3coli o coliflor escaldados, papas al horno o champi\u00f1ones van bien con ella.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y un consejo m\u00e1s: los restos de esta fondue se pueden utilizar al d\u00eda siguiente como <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><a style=\"color: #ff6600;\" href=\"https:\/\/eldigitaldeasturias.com\/magazine365\/category\/sabores\/\"><strong>salsa<\/strong><\/a><\/span> para nachos o para pastas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(dpa) &#8211; Muchas personas adoran la fondue de queso, pero no a todos les gusta o les hace bien este ingrediente principal.
