Foto: Monique W\u00fcstenhagen\/dpa<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Quien est\u00e9 incursionando en estas \u00e1reas har\u00e1 bien en elegir un pescado de carne firme como la trucha, la dorada o la caballa.<\/p>\n<p>Puede optarse por un pescado entero o filets. <strong>Lo importante es colocarlos sobre la parrilla con piel y a suficiente distancia de las brasas, ya que los aromas delicados de un pescado se despliegan a temperaturas de entre 140 y 160 grados<\/strong>. Para preparar pescados enteros, lo ideal es contar con una pinza que se conoce como parrilla para pescado. Eso facilita el procedimiento al evitar que entre en contacto con la parrilla.<\/p>\n<p>Los filets de pescado sin piel deber\u00edan ir en un cuenco reutilizable sobre la parrilla. Con colocarlos sobre el calor entre seis y diez minutos deber\u00eda bastar para que est\u00e9n cocidos, es decir, para que la carne ya no est\u00e9 de un tono vidrioso. Otro consejo: darle una \u00fanica vuelta sobre la parrilla.<\/p>\n<p>Las gambas pueden asarse con o sin c\u00e1scara. Lo ideal es escoger <a href=\"https:\/\/eldigitaldeasturias.com\/magazine365\/category\/sabores\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>gambas crudas<\/strong><\/span><\/a>, listas para preparar. Para que no caigan en las brasas, los expertos tienen un consejo: colocarlas en pinchos de madera humedecidos.
