Si adem\u00e1s se les a\u00f1aden unos buenos tomates madurados al sol, limones, ajo y chile y se los dora en la sart\u00e9n, el resultado es una comida perfecta que ofrece todo lo que se puede esperar: <strong>picante, \u00e1cido y un \u00abcrunch\u00bb sensacional. R\u00e1pido y sabroso.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2>Ingredientes para 4 personas:<\/h2>\n<p>1 chile rojo, 2 dientes de ajo, 80 gramos de pan blanco, 10 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 250 gramos de tomates cherry, una cucharada de az\u00facar, 500 gramos de linguine, un lim\u00f3n, 400 gramos de langostinos, 40 gramos de parmesano. Sal y pimienta molida.<\/p>\n<h3>Preparaci\u00f3n:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Limpiar el chile y el ajo. Picar un diente de ajo y el chile bien finito. Desmenuzar el pan, calentar cuatro cucharadas de aceite en una sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adir el chile, el ajo y las migas y calentar hasta que est\u00e9 todo dorado. Salar. Sacar de la sart\u00e9n y dejar a un lado. Limpiar la sart\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<p>2. Calentar una cucharada de aceite en la sart\u00e9n, a\u00f1adir los tomates y el ajo picado restante y dorar a temperatura media. Espolvorear con el az\u00facar despu\u00e9s de 10 minutos y caramelizar. Finalmente, a\u00f1adir sal y pimienta.<\/p>\n<p>3. Mientras tanto, cocinar los fideos en agua hirviendo con sal hasta que est\u00e9n al dente. Lavar el lim\u00f3n con agua caliente, secar, rallar la c\u00e1scara y exprimir el jugo. Secar los langostinos si fueron descongelados y dorar durante tres minutos a fuego fuerte en tres cucharadas de aceite. Salpimentar.<\/p>\n<p>4. Mezclar los linguine colados, los tomates y los langostinos con cuatro cucharadas de aceite de oliva, el jugo de lim\u00f3n y las migas con el chile.
