Con las sobras de pan duro se puede hacer una ensalada italiana de pan\u00bb, sugiere la nutricionista Monika Bischoff.<\/p>\n<p>La directora del Centro de Medicina Nutricional y Prevenci\u00f3n del Hospital Barmherzige Br\u00fcder de M\u00fanich explica c\u00f3mo preparar r\u00e1pidamente cuatro porciones de \u00abPanzanella\u00bb:<\/p>\n<p>1. 250 gramos de cualquier pan se cortan en peque\u00f1as rebanadas y se tuestan. Luego se vuelven a cortar en forma de dados.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se cortan en rodajas 1 pepino, 1 pimiento, 750 gramos de tomate, 3 tallos peque\u00f1os de apio y 1 cebolla roja.<\/p>\n<p>3. Poner todo en un recipiente grande y mezclar. Agregar un pu\u00f1ado de albahaca y perejil picado.<\/p>\n<p>4. A\u00f1adir 3 cucharadas de vinagre suave, 3 cucharadas de aceite de oliva, 2 dientes de ajo prensados, sal y pimienta y revolver hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa para aderezar la ensalada.
